Noble Woods Park

This 38 acre nature park is a treasure of Hillsboro - providing unspoiled recreation and wildlife viewing opportunities. Paved and soft-surface paths lead through open and wooded natural areas with viewpoints, boardwalks and bridges over Rock Creek. Benches are provided throughout the park along the paths. There is also a reservable picnic shelter. The park can be accessed from the north off of W Baseline Road, and from the south off of SE Borwick Road. Restrooms and drinking fountains are available.

The wetlands along Rock Creek, forested hills and meadow areas with native vegetation offer great opportunities to look for wildlife. There is a nice outlook to Rock Creek at the west end of the park. The terrain of the park varies from rolling to hilly.
Off-street, accessible parking is provided on the north and south sides of the park, off of W Baseline Road and off of SE Borwick Road.
There is a one-mile, paved walking path with boardwalks over Rock Creek and there are also several soft-surface paths that lead through the woods and over varied terrain. NOTE: No bicycle riding is permitted in this park. Walking a bicycle is permitted.
There are several picnic tables at the shelter.
The reservable picnic shelter has a paved surface and can be found at the lawn on the south trailhead to the park. Reservations are taken starting in January of the same year for April 15 - October 15 reservations.
Accessible restroom facilities are available at both trailheads on the north and south sides of the park. There are also drinking fountains available.
